Insurance

We accept most dental insurance and PPO plans and can help you maximize your dental benefits. If we are not in your specific plan’s network, don’t worry, your child can still be treated in our practice. Please call us if you have any questions. We're happy to file your insurance claims and to accept benefits directly from your insurance company. Please remember that you will be responsible for your deductible and any estimated co-pays at each visit.

What does insurance
 cover?

Usually, insurance pays for only a portion of the dental fee. The responsible party, as noted in our records, is responsible for all co-payments and deductibles. If you have questions about your dental plan, please contact your insurance carrier.

Summing up your treatment plan

Before beginning treatment we will provide a breakdown of all applicable fees. If you have dental insurance and are covered at our office, we will estimate your co-pay amounts. We will help you receive full insurance benefits, but please remember – paying balances on your account is your responsibility.

Payment Options

Your child deserves excellent, affordable dental care. We are happy to work on payment details with you. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards. If your child is having extensive dental or orthodontic work, we are happy to offer extended payment options through Care Credit including low and no-interest payment plans. Click the buttons below to pay online, or learn more and apply for CareCredit financing. Please contact our office with any questions you have about payment or billing.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
